SafeRx
SafeRx Santa Cruz County is a coalition of social service, government, and healthcare organizations dedicated to aligning and accelerating existing efforts around safety, awareness, and best practices for prescription pain medication. This work is being done by shifting the culture of prescription medication from one of high prescribing and use, to one of judicious prescribing and improved health, while ensuring a safe and compassionate community for patients, medical and behavioral health providers, and all Santa Cruz County residents.
